Cute kid. he needs to be farther from the background to get it out of focus. there's no lighting pattern on his face and his eyes are not quite in focus. could use a little more contrast.

I love the somewhat intrigued expression of the child in your photograph, and the way the lips and eyes glisten so. However, I am not personally fond of the cropping of your print, or its subdued tone. Your print could use some more contrast, and possibly some dodging in the area surrounding the child's right side. (Chest and arm area)
