Has anyone used an Eizo monitor? They had two at the PDN show - a $2500 one and a $1400 monitor. I was thinking about the $1400 monitor. Thanks in advance, Cliff Moore
The Eizo CG222W is the screen we have been waiting for. It's "just right" size works as well on a Mac as it does on a PC, will plug easily into your laptop where you can profile it to perfection, the colors are crisp, clean and neutral particularly if you are working in B&W which requires tighter color control than working on color files does. The $1300 pricetag is a flat-out bargain for the performance and for the confidence to know that you have top-notch color. We give this monitor our highest recommendation and suggest that if you are looking for accuracy in your studio's workflow, or to replace an aging CRT screen, or to add a color accurate screen to your laptop, then jump on this one. Eizo is the "big dog" brand name in the industry and they make a premium quality product which is guarded by excellent tech support and customer service.
Check out www.ColorMall.com they offer their own tech support on all Eizo
