There was another forum I participated in that posted a similar notice and never came back but their main site still continued. I think it was their polite way of telling everyone to get lost.

That's good that you like that because it may be about to get even lower. The first time they revamped this forum, I went back to zero, losing about 1000 posts.

Gents, please rest assured, the forum will remain a part of PDN. The move is due to the synchronization of the community part of the site. Now you will possess a single sign-on for all parts of PDN, thus upgrade of the forum software.
All posts will be backed up and available in Archive folders. Just hang on a few days while we get everything straight.

I was so hoping to reach 1000 posts, dang nabit. Anyone remember dr.5 he had like 4000 posts or something like that back in the day, I'm really going to miss my low number, I feel so superior. Is the food dude dr.5 incognito? Just kidding food dude.

Doug, I had over 2000+ posts before this version of the site. PDN had a glitch, my post count zeroed out and I had to start over again with a new member number. Hopefully the majority of what I've posted since the forums began has been meaningful.
