During this process, I did read the the fine print on the Canon website that an updated version of EOS Utility will be released this month. My day consisted of reloading 10.5.1 and restoring my system. Thank God for Time Machine.

Is that a version that will be compatible with 10.5.2 TC? Would you happen to have a link to that? I would LOVE to just upgrade the EOS instead of buying apeture...
Oh- I love time machine too!

The version has not been posted but I will be all over it as soon as it is. I say it in the small print when I was downloading one of the Canon apps. It is supposed to be released this month. BTW, I just bought Lightroom and I love it. Use EOS Utility and LR to preview and process. I've been so used to processing in ACR but I'm open to a better mouse trap.

I just called Canon becasue I could find anything and they said indeed- an update for 10.5.2 is ecpected next week You know- alot of people love Lightroom, but I tried it for the 30 days and never really felt happy with it. Maybe I just wasn't into learning anything new at the time though?
