Well, I don't know about that. I'm no web expert and probably only know a small amount of what can actually be done with GoLive, but Smart Objects are easy to use. I've cut my time in half for designing flush wedding albums for clients who want an original design rather than a template, and they can do the same thing for web page design. They take a hell of a lot of processing power though.
