Someone else said it... Lightroom + Photoshop = Awesome.
The database and the ability to work with images make it pretty hard to beat. Aperture is not bad, but Apple can't decide if they want to play in Adobe's sandbox or not. Their support is too closely tied to their OS group (witness the amount of time it took to roll out native support for the D3/D300 RAW files). Adobe supported RAW for both cameras on the day they went on sale in the US.
I have not used Aperture 2 yet either, have to see how it works out one of these days.

I now have aperture 2 as well. It's seriously good. Going to be difficult to choose which one to use.

Lightroom 2 Beta is alot faster then v1.4 - There are some nice new features in it that I am really liking - the ability to at least have some second monitor function is great as well.
